This was good, I added green pepper bacon and a PBR (it was a little too thick), maybe add more tomato sauce next time and slow cook for longer (I did it for ~3 hours)
I didn’t flour the glass that I used to cut the biscuits and they didn’t puff up super well – this also would have turned out better if I had a stand mixer to mix evenly without overmixing. Still tasted great.
I used only the poblano pepper instead of adding the jalepeno. I also added some black beans in addition to the white. I also used red onion, which the recipe didn’t specify.

I used fat-free feta, parmesan instead of mozzarella, fresh spinach instead of frozen (sauteed before adding to dish), mini portabella mushrooms and a little bit more garlic.
