Corpse reviver

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lillet blanc
  • 3/4 oz cointreau or triple sec
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz absinthe

Add absinthe to a clean glass. Rinse the glass with absinthe, set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine gin, lillet blanc, cointreau and lemon juice. Shake to combine. Pour into glass and garnish with a lemon peel.DSC_0023.JPG
