1.50 oz Gin
0.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.50 oz Lime juice
0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
3 dashes Grapefruit bitters

  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lillet blanc
  • 3/4 oz cointreau or triple sec
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz absinthe

Add absinthe to a clean glass. Rinse the glass with absinthe, set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine gin, lillet blanc, cointreau and lemon juice. Shake to combine. Pour into glass and garnish with a lemon peel.DSC_0023.JPG

½ oz simple syrup
½ oz lemon juice
1 oz gin
4 oz chilled Champagne

Stir first three ingredients into ice-filled collins glass, top with Champagne, and garnish with lemon slice.
