This was good, I added green pepper bacon and a PBR (it was a little too thick), maybe add more tomato sauce next time and slow cook for longer (I did it for ~3 hours)
I used only the poblano pepper instead of adding the jalepeno. I also added some black beans in addition to the white. I also used red onion, which the recipe didn’t specify.
I made this with Biscuits.
Awesome. Left out cayenne pepper. Let simmer for at least ~2 hours.
Replace tomato juice with crushed tomatoes or it might end up watery. Make in slow cooker next time!
Read over the recipe before you start it. Enchilada sauce from scratch was pretty good, make sure to simmer long enough. It was easy enough to make the taco seasoning from scratch. Left out cayenne pepper.
